Release notes for additional Scratchbox 0.9.8.2 toolchains. 21.3.2005

These toolchains are CodeSourcery patched toolchains with Glibc and uClibc 
including separate hard float and soft float versions.

The Scratchbox patches are available in the Scratchbox toolchain cvs repository:
http://viewcvs.scratchbox.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/sb-toolchains/sb-toolchains.tar.gz?tarball=1&only_with_tag=SBOX_0_9_8_2_TC1

All the toolchainis were built with the makefile in the meta/gcc-glibc directory.
