Uses GCC version 3.4.3 instead of version 3.3.4 used by the
default Scratchbox 0.9.8.2 toolchains.
The toolchain is installed as
arm-linux-gcc-3.4_3.4.3-glibc-2.3.2.ds1, which is
similar to the default ARM/glibc toolchain except for the GCC
version number. This will be changed in a future release.
The toolchain package contains the corresponding device tools.
