- installing from tarballs works

Regressions
- problematic test-cases:
- fakeroot apt-get build-dep -y glib2.0, cd glib2.0-xx, dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -sa (same for atk1.0). This is only visible with arm-glibc-3.3 toolchains.

- old sbox's objcopy works fine on the atk binary created with 1.0.2pre toolchain
- Works in RC5.
Non-regression issues
- building apt fails if doctools devkit is enabled (if using apt-get build-dep)
- ucf issue (seems to work, but why does it not find egrep???) (apt-get install tetex-bin)
- turns out to be a bug in combination of rootstraps and tetex-bin's horribly crappy postinst
Creating config file /etc/texmf/mktex.cnf with new version /usr/bin/ucf: line 176: egrep: command not found /usr/bin/ucf: line 1: egrep: command not found
- scratchbox-core-1.0.2-rc4-i386.tar.gz includes sbrsh-6.8.tar.gz and sbrsh-6.9.tar.gz

Packaging
dpkg --purge leaves fstab,group,mtab,passwd to /scratchbox/etc
- scratchbox should be stopped before removing
